So, this post is a little random, lots has been going on... This first photo is from last Sunday, Father's Day... After Todd and Todd Jr had a nice long nap after a hot morning of golfing, we took Dat Dat to Angelo's Steak Pit down on the beach. It was really good, but we were so glad we went early because there were probably more than 100 people waiting when we left... yikes... I am sure the owners were happy with their take at the end of the night!!! We had to take the obligatory photo with Big Gus the 20,000 lb Steer!
We ended up at the beach this Sunday, as usual. The water was great! Dat Dat and Todd Jr snorkeled for quite a while and the evidence of it is there in bright red on Dat Dat's back... lol...You may also notice in this photo that someone finally got a hair cut! Yes, Grady Joe is no longer a long haired hippie! And, he was PERFECT. He sat still, smiled bunches and carried on a conversation with the nice lady cutting his hair. When she told him he was very cute he said "No, I'm handsome." That's the Grady Joe for you!
The next two photos are some new critters that have taken up residence in the front and back of our house. Todd looked them up and they are called Fence Lizards. This first photo is the baby and he loves the chairs on our back porch. I guess it puts him up high enough to check out the world around him.
This is one of the bigger ones... though not the biggest we have seen. They are so cool... and as long as they don't hop, I don't mind them.... If they would just scare off the big toad that likes to come up on the porch at night!
